Our modus operandi is to be as professional, organic, and mindful as we can be while educating for greener options wherever possible. This is an ideal opportunity for cultural creatives to balance their lifestyle and engage a small supportive community, while using it as an assist to go for their own unique goals on the side and in turn supporting their team mates to go for theirs. To be considered for this opportunity, we encourage you to have your own basic financial needs covered in order to engage this opportunity as a supplemental creative choice. While there is more than enough work for full time, we request that this not be your only job. This keeps your focus on your own creative path, which is our goal: balance for cultural creatives. Outdoor work is ideal for staying grounded, active, and motivated all around. CALL OR EMAIL US NOW -- NO TEXTS PLEASE-- if you are self-directed, can manage people and projects well, love gardens and hard outdoor work, enjoy assisting, take focused direction well, are a mindful aware individual in good health, are used to working independently, and can commit to a full season Mar/Apr - Oct/Nov around the weather, vacations, or other work/life balance of schedule. Thanks! We look forward to meeting you, to discover what you're going for in your own life and to see how your skills can assist our team this season...
