Press release from the Loudoun County Government: March 9, 2022 Loudoun County is hosting an online public comment period to gain input from the public on the Hillsboro Road (Route 690) Traffic and Safety Improvement Study. The comment period is open through March 23 to allow members of the public to watch a presentation and provide input about the study. Loudoun County is conducting a study to proactively examine travel conditions and analyze current and future traffic volumes along Hillsboro Road.
