Seasonal grounds laborer maintains grounds to include but not limited to cutting grass, using walking type or riding lawnmowers over 2000lbs. Duties include: Mowing and Trimming Edging Debris Removal Shrub and Hedge Maintenance Plant and Bed Maintenance Tree Maintenance and Cutting Maintain Improved Grounds Lawn Care Mandatory Job Requirements: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical Must have transportation Experience in the operation of all equipment related to job requirements. Must have four years’ experience in Grounds maintenance field in the last six years. Must be able to qualify and maintain the appropriate base background/access screening Must comply with company policies, OSHA, NEC, and base safety Required to safely lift in excess of 75lbs. Required to understand and follow oral and written directions in English Required valid state’s driver’s license/CDL endorsement is not required but useful
