A family in Downtown Madison is in need of a weekend nanny or nannies to care for their two girls ages 3 and 18 months. The schedule needed is Saturday 8am-6pm snd Sunday 11am-6pm. The position could be shared between two nannies with one working Saturdays and the other Sundays, or working alternating weekends. The girls love playing pretend, coloring/making art, and playing at the playground and park. For the familys’ discipline philosophy they try to stick to a regular routine and to give direct instructions. The are also calm and firm. They would like a nanny that is experienced, reliable, and capable of entertaining and caring for two toddlers simultaneously. They would also like so that is warm and caring, but able to be firm when needed. The duties include preparing snacks/lunch for kids, diapering for the 18-month-old (3-year-old is potty trained), inside/outside playtime, tidying related to kids, and also working alongside parents or independently to ensure that the kids are having fun and are well cared for throughout the weekend. The pay is around $20 per hour, but they would definitely go higher for the right candidate. They are offering the use of a vehicle, and are open to paying for a nanny’s CPR/first aid training. This position ideally starts March 19 or 20th.
