Notice of Public Hearing via Video Teleconference Notice of Public Hearing via Video Teleconference The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control Board will hold a public hearing, via Video Teleconference due to the COVID-19 outbreak, on an Agreed Board Order with Industrial Container Services-KY LLC (ICS). ICS is alleged to have violated District Regulation 2.03 (Authorization to Construct or Operate; Demolition/Renovation Notices and Permit Requirements). The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control Board will hold a public hearing, via Video Teleconference due to the COVID-19 outbreak, on an Agreed Board Order with Industrial Container Services-KY LLC (ICS).
