Meet Howard Howard came to the shelter as an unclaimed stray. He is very friendly, talkative, and loves to smell everything. He is working on basic commands...sit, stay, down, and leave it. He is a goofy boy and loves people. He’s still a young adolescent with some energy and is looking for someone to play with him and give him a permanent home. Howard's adoption fee is $75.
