CONCORD, NH — Donald Beaudoin, born 1943, of Concord was cited at 10:24 a.m. on March 5, 2022, on a bench warrant after an incident at Concord Nissan on Manchester Street. Justin W. Degenova, born 1978, of Concord was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on March 5 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident on Flume Street. Ronald Alan Radford, 54, of Concord was arrested at 8:17 p.m. on March 4 on a felony sex offender registration; negligent failure to comply charge. He was arrested at police headquarters. Radford is required to register due to a guilty plea on aggravated felonious sexual assault and felonious sexual assault charges against a victim under 16 in September 1996 after an incident in Epping. Jennifer L. Adams-Dearborn, born 1983, of Concord was arrested at 10:08 a.m. on March 3 on criminal trespass and resisting arrest or detention charges. She was arrested again at 5:31 p.m. on March 4 on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges. Both arrests occurred at or near Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street. Stephen Mercier, 27, of Farmington was arrested at 1:40 p.m. on March 4 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Lowe's on Fort Eddy Road. Jason Edward Brooks, 42, of Concord was arrested at 11:56 a.m. on March 4 on second-degree assault-deadly weapon, domestic violence, reckless conduct, reckless conduct-domestic violence-deadly weapon, and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charges, all felonies, as well as a breach of bail charge and a warrant.
