Position
We are looking for an office manager/bookkeeper part-time.
Hours:
3-4 days week, especially Monday - Wednesday, about 4-5 hours each day, typically between 10-4. We can bend to an individual’s needs or your variable schedule.
Duties:
Create invoices/packing slips from incoming emails and phone orders. Pack product in small boxes for daily UPS shipments. Our customer liaison. Will fully train, it’s simple.
Skills Experience:
Proficient in English with a courteous telephone style.
Computer: Windows desktop. Software: QuickBooks Desktop accounting, ACT our Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) by Swiftpage, Outlook, Word, Excel.
Prior business experience desirable but not required. Willing to train.
Compensation: Hourly rate negotiable based on skills/experience. Work as an independent contractor 1099 or W-2 employee.
