MILL VALLEY, CA — Mill Valley held an emergency alert system test over the weekend, and city officials want to know if you heard it. The city has launched a "Did you hear it?" survey for its monthly emergency alert tests, typically held the first Saturday of each month. The survey is part of a the city's new "DYHI" campaign. "By taking advantage of the vast number of Internet users, we can get a more complete description of what people experienced, the effects of the monthly testing, and the extent of missing coverage.
