Re-home a dog- 1 year old Husky/Shepard mix

This dog is currently living I’m my neighborhood. The neighbor is not taking care of the dog the way they should, and therefore they’ve agreed to give him up if I can find a home for him. I already have two dogs, so I can’t take him. He’s about 1 year old, he does not have his shots or been neutered. Therefore if you wanted him, he would of course be free, but you would have to get him shots and neutered. He is not aggressive, however he is untrained. He is so sweet though and from what I can tell, not aggressive. He’s basically been tied up outside his whole life. I’m praying to find a home for him before the heat tons!
