Need someone to install new shifter in an Audi A4

I bought a LED shifter recently and I need help to install it. I don't have the proper tools to take the dash apart and frankly I'm afraid I will damage it anyway. I'm looking for someone who has taken one of these dashes apart before that can spare an hour of their time to help me install. The shifter needs power to it and I want it wired to the dash lights so that when I turn the headlights on it will light up and also dim with the dimmer controller. I should have everything needed except of course the plastic tools used to pull the dash apart. I'm pretty mechanically inclined and done numerous work on other cars but the last time I tried to do something on this car it didn't go very well so I'm looking for help on this one. I can't imagine this would take longer than an hour. Please only respond if you've had experience pulling audi dashes apart as I don't want someone thinking they can just wing it (if that was the case I would just do it) because I really don't want to damage it. I would rather do this at my apartment complex which is on Frank Lloyd Wright and Shea in Scottsdale but if you have a garage that you prefer to work in that shouldn't be a problem. As far as compensation you can absolutely expect dinner whether it be pizza, McDonald's or homemade by my wife but really whatever you would want. I also realize gas prices are through the roof so i'm also willing to give you some gas money as well. I also have plenty of items to trade for your time too but let me know what you would like for your time. I'm not in a real rush rush to get it done so this upcoming weekend or even next weekenc would work or maybe one night after work but let me know your availability when you respond. Thank you!
