Researchers at the University of Illinois Chicago are investigating the emotional and behavioral dynamics between leaders and followers in the context of the workplace. We are recruiting pairs of colleagues. Eligibility: • at least 18 years old; • work full time; • have an immediate supervisor; • be able to provide a work email address, so that we can contact you; • be employed at the same organization for the duration of this study, which is for the next one month. • be able to include a study partner who has the opportunity to observe how you interact with your supervisor. If you are interested in participating and believe you qualify for this study, please complete our pre-screening recruiting form by clicking at the link provided below: Compensation: • You will be paid $5.00 for completing two surveys, and $10.00 for completing three surveys (not including the registration survey). • Likewise, your study partner will also be paid $5.00 for completing two surveys, and $10.00 for completing three surveys (not including the registration survey). The information which you provide in the registration will be retained until you and your survey partner have completed all the surveys for this research study. A member of the research team will review your information and verify whether or not you qualify for the research study.
