Seeking a Refrigeration, A/C Mechanic for our Santa Barbara Facility. The hours are full time, Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm. $25.00-$30.00/hour + Benefits! Job Responsibilities: -Assists the Plant Operations Manager in refrigeration and heating/ventilation/air conditioning HVAC related projects, engineering, design, and project commissioning. -Develops preventive maintenance procedures performs or provides oversight of major equipment repairs as needed. -Maintains Building Management Systems. -Provides oversight and coordination of all planned and unplanned refrigeration and HVAC outages. -Provides oversight of water quality and recommends best methods for treatment. -Participates in job walks and attends refrigeration and HVAC design meetings. -Maintains HVAC inventory and recommends refrigeration and HVAC capital acquisitions. Requirements: -Knowledge of industrial or commercial HVAC, air conditioning, refrigeration and cooling systems -Familiar with applicable codes and safety regulations -Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
