Last fall installed gate access on my property. Wireless keypad and swing gate. The installer tied it into some existing columns, but the mortar expanded with the cold and it popped out making the support post lean and the fence is on the ground (dragging) and it broke the welds where the gate attached to the swingarm. The right candidate would be able to re-weld the fitting, potentially resecure in the existing column or sink a new support beam to raise the end of the fence off the ground.
