Death Metal band looking for bassist and rythem guitarist

We are a Death Metal band out of Columbus, OH looking to get a bassist and a rhythm guitarist in the mix. As of now the band consists of frontman (Justen Waugh) Drummer (Jeffery Cox) and lead Guitar (Keith Luke). We started collaborating at the beginning of February 2022 and have been working on getting tight ever since then, we all have previous years of music/band experience and yes we have a couple songs already under our belt. We have a practice space and a set schedule. I (Keith Luke) have personally been doing music for 17 years starting on guitar when I was 10 years old (I’ll be 27 this year) and have recently taken on being a audio engineer for the last 6 years, I have the equipment for recording a pro sound and shooting videos; I do have my own website with my own personal music and work I have done for others (mostly just rappers) but we do have samples of the music we’re currently working on and will be showing every candidate. we’ve recently have been told by other players we are just to heavy for them so if your expecting a 5FDP “dad metal” sound you came to the wrong place, we all listen to music such as, Mushuggah, emmure, Alpha wolf, the diamond construct, Lorna shore, Lamb of God, Hollow Front and many others. As of right now we have 3 consecutive tunings we play in like DROP A, DROP G#, DROP F#; I own 8 guitars ranging from 6-8 string; We wanna keep our sound diverse but stay in the heavy death metal genre. (As the only active guitar player of the band I’d like to keep these three tunings as our main tunings. All 3 of us (Justen, Jeff, and Keith) will be treating your first rehearsal with us as an interview to make sure we’re on the same page. This isn’t a side gig I’ve picked my career in music over my day job any and everyday. We’re looking for serious inquiry only I have friends that know how to play a guitar or bass and they are pretty decent but I don’t bother because their head isn’t in it and their just not as dedicated to it like the 3 of us are nor do they have their own equipment. I (Keith Luke) personally have touring experience from my last band on top of hundreds of shows and even being heard on The radio; granite we’re not going for a radio sound, and we’re most certainly not trying to rush the music we’re working on until we’re tight. I’ve known Justen since at least middle school, but never really hung out until now, and the drummer (Jeff) I just met at our first practice in February and I gotta say he’s a hell of a drummer, seems like he can play just about anything. All and all we’re all goofy and like to chill but we’re serious about our craft and we all have a wide range for example (we all know how to sing, scream, or rap) or play other instruments. Requirements are you must have your own equipment, have at least 2 years of playing experience, (if you have any samples please share them, that’s extra bonus points) but if you don’t no need to sweat it as long as you have equipment and experience and you can learn the songs with no problems. Lastly we want to see dedication… meaning actually coming to practice(even on an extra day we’ve met up 3 days in a row on our first week), coming to recording sessions, taking part in our social media and giving a % to the band (help pay for any cost) also would like to see writing input; meaning don’t be afraid to speak your opinion, there are parts in the samples Ive provided the band they would like to rework and I’m completely down with a rewrite, we wanna make sure we’re mixing all of our style in one cohesive sound.
