Description
This employment opportunity is for a resident manager/maintenance position, to work in a historic building (built 1926) 42 units studios & 1 bedroom community. The resident manager must work 20 hours per week, maintain a work schedule during the business hours 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, and be available for emergency calls.
This opportunity is a potential full time if resident manager is open to also work as maintenance department for the property management company, performing maintenance repairs duties & turn over/make ready's
Pay: based on experience.
20 hours per week
Duties include, but not limited to: collect rent, process move ins/move outs and respective documentation, admin/clerical, clean property, lite maintenance, assure tenants follow property rules and regulations, post notices, report maintenance payroll hours.
Qualifications:
• Basic Math, clerical/administrative skills, ability to maintain records
• Bilingual - English/Spanish is a plus
• No evictions or criminal record. A credit check will be required
