We are a family owned business that is growing and looking for someone who wants to grow with us and is seeking long-term employment with a growing company. As a Lead Mitigation Technician, you are responsible for daily duties as it relates to cleaning up from water, fire and storm damages. You will assist and provide direction to our mitigation crews during the time of a water, fire or storm mitigation project. This is a full time position and requires on call availability. Great Communication & organization skills are a must. Compensation will depend on experience. Requirements: -Must have valid drivers with good driving record -Flexibility for available on call after hours -Must have great communication skills -IICRC Certification -Must have a minimum of 4 years water & fire mitigation experience.
