Mitsubishi Van from Japan

Was driving on LaVista yesterday and saw the cutest Mitsubishi minivan. It was so small it was obviously never sold in America and had yellow Japanese plates on the front...light blue in color and a seemingly impossibly tiny wheelbase. I'm not interested in the driver I'm interested in the VAN. Anybody know the owner? Not looking to buy I'd just like the model and I can Google the rest Thanks
