General Contractor Seeking Skilled Laborer ABOUT THE PROJECT 117,000 square foot, new build, three story senior assisted living facility located in Prescott Valley. General Contractor: Seabold Construction Co., Inc. ABOUT THE JOB Jobsite cleanup. Load/unload deliveries and handle/transport materials. Various site & building upkeep – scheduling dumpster removals, manage site parking and access, report unsafe conditions, site organization, etc. Keep track of tools and various building materials. Assist with punchlist items - drywall, paint, caulking, cleaning, misc repairs, etc. Assist Superintendent and Project Engineer and other Trades as needed. Full time, benefits, PTO, paid holidays. $17-$19/hour DOE REQUIREMENTS Able to lift heavy materials, perform manual labor and other physical tasks. Able to work in all weather. Able to operate a forklift. Able to operate power tools when needed. Able to listen and follow direction. Must be punctual, reliable, able to multi-task/prioritize and communicate clearly. Must have prior construction experience. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and be able to pass driving background check.
