Do you have background in property management? Know how to move quickly from task to task? Have references? Some on the list will take 5 minutes, some 2 hours - all supplies are already bought & in close proximity. * Minor carpentry that will require some creativity (framing in a corner cabinet, building a drawer) * A couple of small plumbing and electrical (wax seals, replacing outlets) * Fixit & cleanup jobs like those you would encounter on move outs (caulking, paint touch ups, re-installing fixtures) Must be a kind, patient person who speaks English and is reasonable. Introduce yourself in an email and I will send back 20+ list of tasks for a ballpark bid. I do not want to pay an hourly wage without knowledge of how long it will take. Written agreement required.
