• Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 pounds • Positive attitude and work ethic • Able to follow directions. • Able to work independently or as an active member of a team • Clean up worksites from hazardous or obsolete material • Assist welders, carpenters, painters or other tradespeople on-site • Use power tools and machinery (e.g. forklifts) when needed • Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks (e.g. digging, stacking up goods) • Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures (e.g. scaffolding) • Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions • Load and unload merchandise to and from trailers. • Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. • Completes reports by entering required information. • Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
