Knowledge In general construction labor, finish carpentry, tile, drywall, painting. competent and self-motivated Skilled Tradesman with all-around construction experience in residential remodeling. Under supervision, the Skilled Tradesman will perform a wide variety of trades including carpentry, drywall, masonry, painting, framing, demolition, tiling, as well as minor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and cement work. Hourly rate $18-$30, dependent on overall experience and skills knowledge assessment
