Maintenance Techs- We are looking to bring in a experienced maintenance technician, commercial experience is a bonus. This position can translate into a supervisor position with in 1 year. We run, operate and maintain 24 commercial properties from Tacoma to Everett in a very rapidly growing company. Position comes with a company vehicle and tools are provided. Job pay can range between 45-70k DOE Maintenance Assistants- Also looking to bring in an assistant to help techs and assist in renovations. No experience needed, just need someone with basic maintenance skills that is willing to learn, and able to perform general labor duties. Pay can start at $17 per hour Both positions are full time, and come with medical/dental/401k benefits.
