DARCO, Inc. is a family owned property management company in Seattle. We manage nine properties on Capitol Hill, Queen Anne, and the University District. We are seeking a full-time, motivated, positive, reliable, and punctual maintenance person. Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and own tools. Must have the following skills: -Painting, interior & exterior -Sheet rock work, repair and finishing -Electrical, knowledge of electrical breakers, lighting, outlets, switches, running new wire and repair -Plumbing, hot water tank install and removal, snake drains, replace drain lines, shut offs on tub drains and toilet install, all types of shower controls, faucet repair and replacement -Appliance install, removal and repair -Must be able to lift 70 lbs You must be available after work hours for emergencies. You must also be able to multi-task and relate well with tenants, vendors, and staff. Salary will be determined on level of competency.
