The Window & Door Installer is responsible for expert level and top-quality installation of Marvin Replacement window & door projects. Benefits of Installing for Marvin Replacement: • Up to 3-4 jobs/weeks with flexible scheduling • A detailed install packet for each job • Certified training provided to the right individuals • All jobs are staged in our warehouse and ready for transport to job Job Functions: • Execute window and door installations sold by the Marvin Replacement sales team utilizing various trade methods standard within the industry. • Provide superior customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication and treatment of our customers. • Communicate all product and install issues to appropriate parties, including Marvin Replacement team and customer. • Hours will vary and will be influenced heavily on the wants and needs of our customers. Qualifications: • 2+ years of window & door installation or remodeling experience • Valid driver’s license. • History and passion for high quality workmanship • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check. • Provide references for previously completed work. • Excellent and detail-oriented interior and exterior trim expertise required (e.g. break work, capping, caulking) • Provide Certificate insurance for Commercial General Liability, Employer’s Liability, Automobile Liability, and Statutory Required Worker's Compensation *Must be licensed and insured
