I am looking to pay your water bill! This is not a joke nor a hoax, I am active duty military and the military wont change my address unless I have a bill, so I need a water bill to pay! I will pay it for 1 year and I need my name on your statement. I will pay your bill and give you an extra $100 a mos just for letting me put my name on your water statement and allow me to change my address so that the military will allow me to change my address to the bay area. Please if someone will help me out with this I will cover the cost of your water bill and pay you $100/mos for an entire year. I hope to hear from someone soon as all I need is for gov to let me update my address. Thank you Tim
