We are currently offering a conditional hiring bonus for those hired between April - September 1, 2022! 6 month of verifiable deck experience will get you a $300 hiring bonus! 1 year of verifiable deck experience will get you a $500 hiring bonus! 2-4 years of verifiable deck experience will get you a $1,000 hiring bonus!  4 or more years of verifiable deck experience will get you a $1,500 hiring bonus!   Minimum Requirements: Must have 2 years verifiable crew leader/leadership experience Must be at least 18 years old Must have a valid driver’s license  Must be customer service oriented Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal Must be excited to learn and grow with us
