Pacific Retirement Services, a leader in the housing industry (primarily senior living) is seeking a Housing Manager/Maintenance Technician to join our talented and hardworking Community Housing team at the Royal Loto Apartments located in Eagle Point, Oregon. This position will be Part-Time (30 hours per week) and will need both a maintenance and office skill set to work at this 16 apartment community. The Maintenance Technician/Housing Manager must be mechanically inclined and able to diagnose and solve problems. The candidate must maintain a clean facility, repairing interior and exterior needs of the building, renovating apartments, responding to work orders and assisting the office staff by maintaining resident relations and program integrity. The candidate must have computer skills and the ability to work well under pressure. A valid driver’s license and insurability under our corporate insurance carrier is required, along with passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check. This position requires knowledge and experience in office management, property management, or other related management field. This experience may be through technical training or a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in the field.  Must be Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), trained and certified within 15 months of hire, or actively pursuing the certification. If the employee is not COS certified within 15 months, PRS and the communities reserve the right to end employment unless the quality of work displayed justifies continued education and training toward the certification.  Help us keep our seniors safe.  Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement for employment.
