At this point it has become obvious that my dog isn’t just lost someone in the Westerville area grabbed him and took him and he’s purposely keeping him. He is a mixed breed of a black lab and something white patch on his chest three of his four paws have white on the toes his name is Jack he slipped his collar and got loose from me and vanished off the face of the earth on Saturday, March 5 I am a veteran and he is my ESA. I am offering a large reward for any information as to who has him.
