Licensed contractor needed for exterior renovations. Bay window and roofing trim is to be removed and replaced with new trim. (trim typed attached) - Roofing trim is to be painted if removal is unneeded - White window trim good as is - Bay window trim may need to be detailed and/or painted if desired color is unavailable in the market - All brick on the exterior of the 2nd and 3rd floor are to remain as is. Exterior of the first floor is to be repaired (where needed) and painted up to the base of the bay windows. - Few bricks missing - Nails and screws to be removed from walls - Old signage taken down and holes patched - Window bars to be taken down New balcony rails on 2nd and 3rd floor are to be installed Several exterior lights are to be installed - 2 lights are to be installed on the ground floor, 1 for the commercial entrance and 1 for residential. - 1 light is to be installed outside the door of each balcony. - Several flood lights are to be installed above the ground floor on the exterior of the building.
