ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES > Effective operation of Canning and Bottling equipment > Maintain a clean working area, disposing of waste, cleaning floor, work surfaces, and around equipment. > Maintain quality of the packaging process and report issues when they arise in a timely manner to the mechanic and supervisor > Clear jams, changes labels, Caps/Lids, > Ability to use critical thinking and problem solving > Reads and understands Human Machine Interface screens and alarms. > Communicate with Material Handlers to ensure all production components are never in shortage. > Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with peers, ability to be successful in a collaborative team environment. > Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms. > Ability to be flexible and shift priorities in a constantly changing, fast-paced work environment > Must be available to support shift, weekend and holiday schedules as required.
