Mowgisitics Job Title: Landscape Foreman Salary $14 - $28 (Performance Pay + Plus Bonus Options) Job Type: Full-time Number of hires for this role 2 - support technicians will work under your guidance Qualifications: Lawn Care Lead/Foreman Experience Landscape Experience Driver's License (Required) Job Description: - Join the professional landscaping crew at Mowgistics. This full-time position will lead our smaller crew on landscaping projects including hardscape and softscape jobs in the greater Oklahoma City area. Job Responsibilities: - Lead and assist with regular weekly mowing visits, mulching, pruning, and spring/fall cleanups - Guide landscaping crew on hardscape (paver patios, walkways, retaining walls) and softscape installations - Maintain high standard of quality while maintaining safety of crew and equipment - Skills Required for Landscape Foreman: - Knowledge of landscape equipment, materials, and procedures for completing commercial and residential landscape jobs - Plant and landscape maintenance knowledge such as pruning, mulching, edging and weeding - Understanding of the construction behind hardscape projects including patios, walkways and retaining walls - Understanding of the construction behind softscape projects including planter bed design and installation, plant selection and placement, accent borders (metal edging, chop stone, flagstone) - Strong leadership skills with employees as well as being able to communicate effectively with management and customers - Must be a self-starting, take-charge individual with strong motivation and interpersonal skills - Must be able to motivate, train, and monitor employees while maintaining company guidelines and safety requirements - Must have knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment operation such as skid steer, excavator, hand power tools - Promotional and marketing skills used to promote regional growth (route density) and upsell promotional products or services Additional Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years experience in landscape maintenance and/or landscape construction - Valid driver's license and clean driving record - Experience with driving a truck and trailer is preferred, but not a necessary requirement - Dependable, punctual, team oriented - Background check and pre-employment drug test - Ability to speak Spanish is a plus Apply Online at mowgistics.com - Click on the "Employment" tab located on the banner - Call 405-766-6006 directly to apply
