We’re looking for construction workers that love working with their hands and can contribute positively to building projects, performing a variety of activities, and completing projects in a safe and efficient manner. He will work under the direction of a general contractor, or general manager to identify the various phases of a job. He may be involved in training the work crews necessary to complete projects successfully. Our ideal candidate has some construction experience, but we are willing to train the right person. Payment: DOE. Location: Billings, MT Education or training related to construction management. Whom are we looking for? · 2 years of experience in Residential/Commercial Remodels and General Construction. · Must have knowledge of residential/commercial contract work. (Siding, sheetrock, trimming, windows, framing, etc.) · Must have own transportation and pass a background/drug screen. · Customer-service skills to communicate with inspectors and administration to develop a positive working relationship · Problem-solving and critical thinking · Time management and team-building abilities. · Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery, and equipment while providing training on safety gear and procedures. · Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably. · Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors. · Supervise trade professionals to perform specific tasks.
