Platinum Motor Cars of Las Vegas is a local used car dealership and business is better than ever! We have grown into a second location and are in immediate need of a reliable ASE certified mechanic to join our family. Expertise in luxury vehicle repair i.e. Maserati, Land Rover, Jaguar, Porsche, BMW & Mercedes is a HUGE plus!! Responsibilities • Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service writers and customers • Complete all paperwork from start to finish • Perform diagnostics and repairs on vehicle systems including brakes, engines, transmissions, flushes, oil changes, evap systems, and more • Working knowledge of shop equipment including lifts, brake lathes, presses, etc. • Follow safety procedures at all times to avoid accidental injuries and damage to automobiles • Keep shop, equipment, and tools in safe operating condition by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs. Skills • Knowledge of electrical diagnostics and automotive repairs on all makes and models • Ability to do air condition service and repairs • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills • Work in a team environment. • Tools and transportation (Required) • Valid driver license (Required) • 3 years of automotive repair and diagnostic experience (Preferred) • ASE certifications REQUIRED TOP PAY FOR QUALIFIED APPLICANTS Please contact Victor at 702-595-9696 to schedule an interview.
