*Maintenance of units and turnover of vacant apartments to make it rent ready. *Repairs & maintain units that includes drywall repair, mudding, painting, installing click/laminate flooring, installing broken doors, window/screen repairs, replace any damaged molding, plumb kitchen & bathroom sink/faucet, installing vanity, changing fixtures, demo & cleanup. *Valid ID, reliable transportation & Own tools. *$20/hr and opportunity to work from 20-40 hrs/week * Can be paid via Venmo, cash app, PayPal or zelle by end of next day.
