The Cantina started in 2014 and has grown to be known as a restaurant which takes pride it providing great food with excellent customer service. The positions which we are looking to fill immediately are listed below. These positions currently have all shifts available and are open to all experience levels. KITCHEN STAFF Prep Cook / Line Cook / Pizza Area Cook / Pizza Area Prep & Cashier • Prepare, Portion, Cook, and Store Food within the Health & Safety Standards. • Ensure all food is presented for service in a timely manner. • Maintain a clean and organized work space and equipment. • Clean/sanitize all cooking equipment and appliances throughout your shift. • Other duties as assigned SERVICE SUPPORT Dishwashers / Bussers / Expediters / Barbacks • Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them on racks to send through dish machine. Sort and stack clean dishes. Carry clean dishes to cook’s line and other proper storage areas. • Help maintain and clean all service areas – Tables, Chairs, Floors, Equipment, Garbage, etc. • Support Kitchen Staff and Front of House staff as needed. • Other duties as assigned. DINING & BAR STAFF Servers / Bartenders • Promote a welcoming and positive experience for all of our customers. • Submit customer orders and deliver in a timely manner. • Prepare, cut, and serve garnishments and food condiments as necessary. • Maintain a clean and organized work space. • Clean and sanitize all surfaces, including tables, chairs, bar, drink machines, bottles, etc.… • Other duties as assigned.
