Nolt's Auto Parts is looking for customer-oriented call center representatives. The call center parts specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service by suggesting selling, qualifying customer needs, assisting with product selection and availability, and closing the sale. The call center parts specialist is a team player who is highly focused on customer service and works to exceed customer expectations. A strong background in auto parts is recommended. We are also in need of a full or part time warehouse associate. The warehouse associate performs various duties within the warehouse including, but not limited to: receiving, stocking, and pulling orders. Experience is not necessary.
