Looking for Financial Help to Save my Cat

Hello and thank you for reading my post. I am in a desperate situation right now and trying to save my cat, Tazzy. He has had only one eye his whole life. He went blind in his remaining eye and now his eye is severely ulcerated. He needs to get surgery asap, but I do not have the financial means and do not know where to turn. I have called many vets and animal shelters, but nobody can help. If anyone knows of a cat charity or a vet who offers low-cost surgery, it would be most appreciated.
