This position is responsible for maintaining proper cleaning and detailing standards for customers boats Must have: • High energy and a willingness to get things done • Strong work ethic • Excellent customer service skills • At least 1 year preferred (3 year+ Ideal) experience detailing boats and running high speed buffers • General nautical knowledge. • A valid Driver's License Why work for this company: Fast Growing Marine Services Company. Qualifications: - Marine detail experience, if none then we will train - Valid driver's license with clean driving record - High level of professionalism and attention to detail - Must maintain a clean and organized work area - A positive attitude with excellent communication skills - Drug-free workplace - Proactive, reliable, and trustworthy - Takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors Essential Duties: - Clean/Wash - Boats - Apply wax to the boat, wipe and or buffs surface. - Remove SeaDeck - Apply Ceramic Coat - Inspects boat for noticeable defects and communicates all defects to the manager. - Provide exceptional customer service. - Other duties may be assigned ***This work may be completed outside under varying climate conditions***
