You have overlooked 1 critical factor...most repub's don't want him to run, almost no demo would vote for him and Independents don't like him either. So HOW do you figure he stands a snowflakes chance in hell of winning? The ONLY way he can win is to cheat, there is NO other way. Given the choice between trump and a rotten tuna fish sandwich, I'd vote for the tuna!
