Laborer/ Skilled tradesman needed

I am looking for either one to two laborers to help with various residential construction projects. Also looking for a skilled tradesman with or with out their own license. Laborer must have reliable transportation and some basic construction knowledge. Laborers wage is $16/hr-$18/hr DOE. Skilled tradesman must have his own tools, reliable transportation and preferably skills in various trades in residential construction. Skilled tradesman wage can range $18-$35/hr DOE and if Licensed/Insured. Sub-Contractor work can also be discussed.
