Maintenance Technician You will be responsible for the overall indoor and outdoor maintenance of our roller skating rink. This is an hourly position, approximately 20-25 hours per week. Hours are expected to vary. Requirements -Basic knowledge of construction, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and basic HVAC (change filters and belts as needed). -Perform basic planned and unplanned maintenance on all areas inside and outside of the building. These tasks may change without notice depending on the needs of the facility. -Maintain all areas of the building at company maintenance and cleanliness standards. This includes, but is not limited to bathrooms, carpets, walls, roof, glass, skate floor, light show, sound system, HVAC(change filters and belts as needed). -Must be able to lift at least 50# and be able to climb a ladder as needed.
