Help!
I was told to email local wedding planners, brides and so forth in hopes that I can get help for my wedding situation. Me and my fiancé are in a pickle as the original venue location we selected we no longer want but if we cancel now we will be charged 80% cancellation fee. I’m trying to find someone that wants to take over our contract. The contract
is for 100 people, chivari chairs and the inside is for a ballroom with dance floor, linens. The venue is at a hotel. The ceremony is outside in a grass lawn area and the reception is inside the Al ballroom.
I’m not sure what else to do! The location is Anaheim CA for august 6th from 5pm-11pm. We have paid about $6000 so far and looking for someone to reimburse us that amount and take over. We found a venue space that fits our theme better and that’s the reason for the change. Can you help out?
