JANITOR FOR 3 RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS
SCOPE AND PURPOSE:
To maintain the overall cleanliness of the property and provide assistance during the make ready process.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
a. Consistently maintain a clean and attractive environment around the Leasing Office, Clubhouse, Pool and all common areas.
b. Maintain clean streets, curbs and sidewalks.
c. Sweep all breezeways and steps.
d. Maintain clean laundry rooms.
e. Maintain clean doors and light globes.
f. Replace exterior light bulbs as needed.
g. Clean pool area and pool furniture.
h. Empty all trash receptacles as often as necessary, check daily.
i. Report to Property Manager any inoperable vehicles on property.
j. Assist in apartment make-readies.
k. Read and abide by all company policies and procedures and community policies applicable to your specific property.
l. Any other duties or responsibilities as may be assigned by the company from time to time
