Found a magazine in the street

I have found a firearm magazine on the ground, I thought it was a bike lock. I didn't want it to get ran over and broken so I went to pick it up and as I looked closer I thought it was a tazer and sad thinking about keeping it - but it's a magazine with at least a round. It looks like it fell off of a vehicle maybe, in the photographed location. Identify to claim it and I'll turn it over.
