Job description Field Marketing Representative/Appointment Setter. Everdry Waterproofing has been operating around the nation for over 40 years. We are Michigan's #1 basement waterproofing company, and are continuing to grow! As a Field Marketing Representative, you will promote our company and offer FREE basement inspections. This is NOT a sales pitch! The ideal Field Marketer has the following skills: • Ability to speak clearly and confidently. • Outgoing and personable. • Keeps motivated - even in the face of rejection. • Strong work ethic and a willingness to show up on time each day. • Pride in your appearance *NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED* Come join our growing team - Have fun while you work and make money too! Set Appointments, No selling! Benefits & Compensation • Most of our Field Marketers average $20/hour or more after bonuses and incentives!!! • Get paid WEEKLY • Easily attainable bonuses and incentives (example: when the team meets the weekly goal, they get Friday off WITH PAY • Paid Holidays after 6 Mos. • 1 Week paid vacation after 1 year. • 2 Weeks paid vacation after 5 years. Reliable transportation to our local office is required, but we provide all transportation to marketing areas. Everdry also provides company polos, hats, and jackets to all canvassers. Schedule Our Field Marketing teams work 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday. Typical shifts are: • 10 am-6 pm (Winter) • 11 am-7 pm (Spring) • 12 pm-8 pm (Summer) Job Type: Full-time Pay: Base hourly, plus bonus and commission.
