Rubber Stone AZ has been covering ugly concrete and providing durability to withstand the unforgiving heat of Arizona without compromising elegant beauty. No EXPERIENCE REQUIRED but is preferred. We are willing to train for the position. We are looking for an installer who is willing to learn how to install our unique product for our customers in Arizona. We serve all of the valley and Prescott. Experience in Resinous Flooring or other related fields - Epoxy/ Polyurea/ Polyaspartics is preferred but not required. Requirements: Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance Follow safety rules, procedures, laws, and job requirements Able to lift/carry 50 lbs Ability to work as a team or independently without constant supervision Be able to work 8+ hours a day and perform physically demanding tasks (lifting heavy material, hand trowelling and stand trowelling.) Excellent customer service skills Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Preferred but not required- Experience in Resinous Flooring or other related fields - Epoxy/ Polyurea/ Polyaspartics Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Able to pass a drug test Responsibilities: Setup and manage your crew Properly prepare work surface and install our coating system Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements Perform routine preventative maintenance Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Complete quality control measures on each job Manage product inventory with owner Job Type: Full Time Schedule: 8-hour shift Monday through Friday Work Location: Multiple
