Excellent house & farm young dog!!! Housebroken but also great with livestock. Does not fuss with chickens & ducks, great guardian!!! Will stay right w/ you for chores but loves to curl up with you at night. Exceptional watch dog - hears everything & lets you know! Does not wander off the farm but isn’t left unattended, kept inside at night & when we are away. He has been crate trained & outdoor kennel trained. He is remote collar trained but also walks on a harness. Has basic obedience commands. Very friendly & sweet. He is great with other dogs & is gentle with cats. Exposed to cattle & horses — does not “work” them but doesn’t chase or bother. Stays out from underfoot. Please note: there are NO children on our farm. He has never been around kids of any age. We cannot say how he is w/ children because he has had ZERO exposure to kids. Please do not ask us—the answer is: unknown. Reasons for rehoming: New jobs w/ increased travel & relocation (unexpected) & onset of illness of a family member creating less time/less resources. We want this awesome dog to have an awesome human/family!!! We will be carefully screening your home. Vet reference required Reasonable rehoming fee: There is a local lab that uses animals to test products & medications located in Auxvasse, MO. The lead “biologist” there who lives in Kingdom City will buy dogs for $75-150, higher $$$$ for dogs with vet records. The rehoming fee is above this to protect this dog from the flippers who buy dogs for $25-$50 & sell to the lab for a $50 or more profit.
