Ecoscape Architectural Design LLC – Landscape Construction crew member: SEEKING: Craftsman who are highly MOTIVATED individuals who want to create BEAUTIFUL landscapes, transform houses into Homes and earn the Highest Pay Provided in the Landscape Construction Industry Crew Member: Skilled Laborer Salary: $18-24 Based on Experience Job Description: Ecoscape is looking for a FULL TIME team member who will assist team leaders on tasks related to landscape demolition, construction, and maintenance. Duties will also include hardscape construction, softscape installation, drainage issues and Basic landscape Skills (Sodding, Pruning and Lawn Maintenance) Work Week: Monday-Friday (645AM Daily - 5PM) -Saturday work Available (DES PLAINES IL) Transportation: You are responsible for getting to the business lot at the start of the workday, past that you will be driven by the foreman to your jobsite and returned to the business lot at the end of the workday. Being able to drive an ecoscape branded truck may be an option if an individual holds Driving Licenses. Benefits: 2 paid sick days after 6 months. Yearly company paid week-long vacation offered to all employees who have worked at least 6 months out of the year without missing more than the 2 designated sick days. Seasonal branded clothing given at the beginning of each season for all employees. New hires will receive their company shirt after 2 weeks of work.
