Any experience with Veridian homes built in the 2010s?

Description

Was looking at houses in the Madison/Verona/Fitchburg and some of the Veridian homes built in the 2010s seemed like they used kind of cheap materials. For example, a lot of them used CPVC for the plumbing and some said they had experiences with cracking of the plumbing CPVC pipes. In looking at info online about CPVC and aging of homes there seems to be a lot of discussion from plumbers saying CPVC should be replaced. Anyone know if this has been an issue with these Veridian homes built in about this time period? Another example was that they used some kind of Styrofoam on the exterior of the home against the foundation but then coated it with a very thin (a few mm thick) skimcoat of some concrete-like material to make it look like concrete foundation. Some of the vinyl siding on these homes was cracking. Anyone have any experience with these homes from about this time period? Thanks!
